Dear Community Members, As the President of the Upper Cumberland Association of Realtors (UCAR), I would like to take this opportunity to extend a heartfelt shout-out to the dedicated Realtors who serve our community. These professionals embody a commitment to excellence, upholding strong work ethics, pursuing top-tier education, and providing transparency, advocacy, and market updates. Their presence in our community goes far beyond real estate transactions—they actively engage in hands-on service and contribute to local initiatives. UCAR is proud to offer our members a wealth of resources, including valuable tools from the National Association of Realtors (NAR) and Tennessee Realtors. We are also passionate supporters of the Realtors Political Action Committee (RPAC), which works tirelessly to advocate on national, state, and local levels to safeguard property owners' rights. 2024 Highlights: · Scholarships for Local Students: Our Realtors proudly awarded scholarships to 12 schools across the Upper Cumberland, further supporting the education of our future leaders. · Celebrating Diversity: UCAR celebrated local diversity through participation in various community festivals, demonstrating our commitment to inclusivity and cultural richness. · Supporting Local Initiatives: We took part in the Pick Tennessee Products initiative at the Putnam County Fair, showcasing our dedication to local businesses and agriculture. · Community Engagement: The Merry and Bright Christmas Lights Competition was another example of how our Realtors give back, spreading holiday cheer and community spirit. · Celebrated 50 years of serving the Upper Cumberland.
