The Upper Cumberland Association of REALTORS® (UCAR) is a nonprofit professional association of real estate practitioners serving the Upper Cumberland region of Tennessee. For over 50 years, UCAR has championed the real estate profession, provided trusted resources to its members, and worked to promote a positive image of real estate in the community.  Our members include REALTORS® and real estate professionals committed to high ethical standards, ongoing education, and exceptional service for clients and the communities they serve.

Since our founding in 1974, UCAR has grown from a small group of committed real estate professionals into a thriving association with hundreds of members dedicated to excellence and service. Over the decades, UCAR has provided leadership, education, advocacy, and community involvement that extend far beyond day-to-day transactions.
