The UCAR staff team is responsible for the daily operations of the Association and serves as a consistent resource for members, leadership, and the public. Staff work closely with the Board and committees to execute strategy, manage programs, and ensure a high level of service and professionalism.

Association operations & finances — managing the day-to-day business of UCAR with discipline and accountability.
Education, events & communications — coordinating classes, events, the newsletter, and member outreach throughout the year.
MLS services & compliance — supporting MLS operations, new member applications, and system-related questions.
Member questions, resources & tools — serving as a direct point of contact for members who need help, answers, or support.
Local, state & national partnerships — maintaining UCAR's relationships with Tennessee REALTORS®, NAR, and community partners.
Member experience — ensuring every interaction with UCAR reflects the professionalism and care members deserve.

Oversees member services, engagement, and communications. Your go-to contact for events, education, and day-to-day member needs.

Oversees new member applications and MLS-related questions. Your primary contact for anything related to UCARMLS access, listings, and compliance.
