The Board of Directors of the Upper Cumberland Association of REALTORS® provides strategic leadership, fiduciary oversight, and governance for the Association.
Board members are REALTOR® volunteers elected by the membership and represent a diverse cross-section of markets, experience levels, and leadership backgrounds across the Upper Cumberland region.

The Board is responsible for setting organizational direction, adopting policies, ensuring financial stewardship, and upholding the mission and values of UCAR. Board members serve not only as decision-makers, but as ambassadors for professionalism, integrity, and service throughout the region.
