Tennessee REALTORS® — TREEF
As a UCAR member, you also have access to 24 CE-accredited online courses through the Tennessee Real Estate Educational Foundation (TREEF) — included as part of your Tennessee REALTORS® membership. TREEF courses cover designations, certifications, and specialty topics, and many satisfy TREC CE requirements.
The GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation is also available through Tennessee REALTORS® for members looking to build advanced credentials.

New users create a free account. Returning users log in with their existing CE Shop credentials. Your account tracks all your course progress and completions.

Complete & get credit
Finish your course at your own pace. Completions are automatically reported to CE Broker so your TREC record is updated without any extra steps on your end.
