Primary REALTOR® Membership
Your home association — full membership at all three levels
Primary membership through UCAR connects you to the local, state, and national REALTOR® network. Your dues support all three levels — UCAR, Tennessee REALTORS®, and NAR — giving you full access to tools, education, advocacy, and community.

Secondary REALTOR® Membership
For agents who hold primary membership at another association
Secondary membership is available to REALTORS® who already hold primary membership at another association and want access to UCAR and the UCARMLS. Secondary members enjoy all the same local rights and privileges as primary members — the only difference is dues: state and national dues are covered by their primary association, so UCAR only collects the local portion.

UCAR collects dues on behalf of all three levels of the REALTOR® association. Here’s exactly what you pay and where it goes.

Secondary members hold primary membership at another association, so state and national dues are already covered there. UCAR only collects the local portion.
MLS Access Fees
UCARMLS — Billed Separately
MLS access fees are separate from association dues. Members can choose to pay annually upfront or quarterly — same annual total either way.
